As it continues to enrich its enterprise legal management applications, Legal Suite developed an additional feature to manage documents’ electronic signatures.
Digital signatures are today at the heart of the modern economy. Aligned with corporate strategic issues, the process allows to increase administrative, legal and commercial efficiencies, secure electronic exchanges and reduce expenses related to processing paper.
Aware of these challenges and eager to meet its customers’ evolving needs, Legal Suite now offers a feature to certify and authenticate electronic documents in its applications. To this effect, the Group relies on reliable partners, recognized and referenced by major actors, including banks and public, as well as from other vendors such as Microsoft and Adobe.
Users of Legal Suite applications will be able to enjoy the new electronic signature feature as it will allow them to :
- Electronically sign contractual documents via the application;
- Ensure the authenticity of electronic documents;
- Protect contents and secure workflows;
- Attest to the identity of the signatories and avoid risks of forgery;
- Use a process certified by governmental authorities and financial organizations;
- Reduce the time and costs associated with printing, scanning and/or mailing.
