Septeo Group acquires Eficio, the French leader in software integration for corporate law departments and law firms.


Septeo Group, the European leader in LegalTech, is pursuing its development strategy by acquiring Eficio, French leader in the integration of electronic document management solutions for law firms and legal departments.

By integrating Eficio, Septeo Group once again consolidates its leadership in its historical legal markets.

For more than 18 years, Eficio has been integrating the world’s leading software used by top law firms such as: 
 
  • iManage (Electronic document and e-mail management)
  • WorkShare / Litera (Document comparison)
  • MimeCast (Unified e-mail management)

Popular in France, but also in Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and Russia, Eficio provides a wide range of services to its customers, centred around 4 areas of expertise: integration of software solutions; consulting; technical support and user training. Today, Eficio supports more than 12,000 users worldwide.

This acquisition marks a new stage in the development and provision of highly technological solutions for the benefit of legal professionals. Already a leader in the legal software market with Secib’s practice management software, Septeo Group will now be able to draw on Eficio's expertise and network with international law firms to expand its software solutions in this market segment.
